on saturday we got to meet bebe's newest cousin, kayalà. she's here with the rest of her family: her mommy ali (my second cousin), her tato edwin, (who we didn't get to see because he was off hiking with his father- and brother-in-law), and her big sister chely. chely and kayalà are bebe's third cousins, but despite that "distance" chely and bebe were fast friends.
they played with mems for a while
and then they went upstairs to snuggle in chely's cozy bed.
kayalà was as adorable as her pictures led us to believe she'd be, and she was all smiles for maggie.
the next morning, bebe tried on some new gear from mems. her (ok, my) favorites? a sparkly silver tutu and some leather booties. baby fashion shoot!

it was wonderful to see all of you. i loved chely and bebe's snuggling moment in the bed. next time they'll be able to play and interact on a whole other level - and kayalá will start to join in the fun, too. much love to the cousins!
